(I’ve found that mood boards are the best way to visualise).

It’s essential to strike a balance between a space that feels intimate but also spacious enough to avoid it looking overcrowded. When you visit potential venues, make sure to visualise how you want to guests seated. This includes things such as spacing, interaction and being comfortable.
